Full payment before production. The client provides clear product images, logo and brand assets. Each different colour or design counts as a separate product.
Store images are based on original photos, preserving product colour, shape and details. References are required for the requested angles; we do not generate undocumented product details.
Clothing on models and finely detailed jewellery are reviewed before confirming a price. Additional products or changes to an approved concept are quoted separately.
Image packages do not include account management, ad management or text-based carousels.

I have an idea or an existing business. Which service should I choose?
For a new business, our launch service helps establish the foundations, identity and digital presence. For an existing business, we identify your needs: strategy, account management, advertising, a website or content. Share your goal and current position, and we will recommend a suitable scope. Individual services are available.
Is all the work created with AI?
The work is human-led: we understand your business, choose the strategy and concept, and review the results. We use AI tools where appropriate, including content production and analysis. Product imagery is checked against your original photos before approval.
What should I prepare before we agree?
Share your business idea or website and social profiles, your goal, and your expected timeline and budget. We then send service-specific requirements. For a business launch, we help develop the name and identity; for content production, we need clear product images, product information and available brand assets.
How do content packages differ from account management?
Content packages deliver finished images or videos within the agreed scope. Account management includes the specified monthly content, planning, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, reporting and public comment replies within the stated hours and limits. Direct messages and order support are separate. One-, two- and three-month terms have the same scope per month, with quantities shared across both platforms.
Are advertising campaigns and ad spend included?
Campaign management is separate from account management, content packages and business launches unless explicitly included in your quote. We specify management and production fees. You pay ad spend directly to the platform from your account. We set goals, measure and optimise performance, without guaranteeing a specific number of sales or followers.
What is the difference between a website and a product landing page?
A website introduces your business across several pages; a store lists products and accepts orders. A landing page focuses on one product or offer, directing visitors to your store or to contact you. Pages, products, language and integrations are agreed in advance. Custom payment systems and integrations are specified in the quote.
Does the annual strategy include a full year of execution and follow-up?
The service includes an annual plan, a detailed first 90 days, and a dashboard for goals, tasks, budgets and results, with usage guidance. The basic version uses manual data entry. Monthly execution, ongoing reviews, maintenance and automation are scoped and priced separately.
Why are some services quoted individually? Are there extra costs?
Project size, deliverables and integrations vary. Before work begins, we quote the scope, timeline, revisions, payment terms and final cost. Domain, hosting, subscriptions, samples, shipping and ad spend are separate and explained for your project. Starting prices apply to the basic scope listed for the service.
How do payments work, and which services qualify for the launch offer?
Production packages are paid in full before work begins; social media management is paid monthly in advance. Other services follow the payment schedule in the quote. The 30% launch discount applies only to video and image packages for the first 5 clients in total, excluding other marketing, website and launch services.
How long does delivery take, and how do revisions work?
Production timelines and revision rounds are listed in each package, starting after required files and approvals are received. Other services follow an agreed schedule. Scope changes and extra deliverables are quoted before execution. Rush production depends on availability, with timing and fees confirmed in advance.
Will the accounts and website be in my name? What happens after handover?
Your domain and business accounts are registered to and owned by you, with the access permissions needed for our work. We hand over deliverables and usage guidance for your service. Websites and landing pages include 14 days of bug support after handover; additions and ongoing maintenance are separate. Account management and follow-up run for the agreed duration.
